FAQs
Planning Your Build
Building Options + Customization
What you can build, how custom you can go, and what’s possible on your land.
We build carports, RV covers, lean-tos, garages, shops, barndominiums, commercial buildings, and fully custom structures that fall outside those categories.
Yes—every structure is built to your specs. Width, length, height, bay count, door placement—if you can imagine it, we can build it.
Absolutely. We offer a full range of upgrades including lean-tos, walk-in doors, roll-up doors, windows, vents, insulation, trims, and color options.
Standard structures follow common building footprints (e.g., 30'x40' garage). A fully custom build might combine features, adjust to a unique site, or include specific structural needs.
Permits, Engineering & Site Requirements
Permits, prep, and everything to know before we build.
Most locations require a permit. We'll help you determine what's needed based on your city or county requirements.
Yes. We offer engineered drawings if your build needs to be certified for wind, snow, or zoning purposes.
We need a minimum of 2–3 feet of clearance around the entire build site to safely install your structure.
HOW WE BUILD IT
Construction & Installation
From site prep to final weld—what to expect during construction.
We can handle basic prep or coordinate with your contractor if grading or excavation is needed. We’ll guide you based on your site.
Not directly, but we can recommend local contractors or coordinate timing to match your project schedule.
Most installs take just a few days once the site is prepped and materials are on-site. Larger or more complex builds may take longer.
No. All of our structures use welded trusses, which are stronger, longer-lasting, and better suited for custom builds.
Weather, Materials & Warranties
Materials, durability, and what kind of protection you get.
We collaborate with local municipalities to meet or exceed regional snow and wind load requirements, even in high-snowfall and high-wind zones. Our steel structures are durable, compliant, and built with certified materials and load-rated framing suitable for your area's conditions.
We use galvanized steel tubing, welded trusses, and high-quality metal siding and roofing panels. We don’t cut corners on material quality.
We offer 10- and 20-year warranties, depending on the building and materials selected.
12-gauge steel is thicker and more durable than 14-gauge. It’s ideal for heavy-duty builds or areas with higher snow or wind loads.

Service Area + Timeline
How far we travel and how fast we can get it done.
We serve Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Yes—as long as we can safely access your site and have space to work, we’ll get there.
Most builds are scheduled within 4–8 weeks after design approval, depending on your location and complexity. We can usually complete a build in just a few days once materials are delivered and the site is ready.
